We offer different appointment types depending on your symptoms.
If you believe you have ear wax → book a 20-minute appointment
If you are unsure whether it is ear wax or hearing → book a 40-minute assessment
If your main concern is hearing → book a hearing assessment

Fees are based on appointment duration and clinical requirements
Not all services are required or performed in every appointment
If further treatment is required, a follow-up appointment may be recommended. A reduced fee may apply depending on the clinical circumstances
A 10% surcharge applies for appointments on Public Holidays
$10 discount for Pension Concession Card Holders is applied at the time of payment on the day of the appointment

Patients who need to return regularly (3 times in 12 months) - due to being prone to ear wax accumulation or as part of an ear infection treatment plan, will receive their 3rd appointment free of charge
