If No Ear Wax is Found

Please note a 50% discount applies if there is no ear wax found in the appointment. The audiologist will give you advice regarding your symptoms and can refer you to other health professionals if required.

Cancellation Policy​

Clear Ears Perth is a locally owned, family run business. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 3 hours before the appointment start time. We understand that circumstances change and we are more than happy to be accomodating if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We often have people on our wait list hoping to secure a booking for that day who would be very grateful for a spot opening up.

If you do not contact the clinic at all to let us know you are unable to attend, a 'no show attendance fee' will be invoiced to you.
